Browsing this website
You do not need an account to browse this website. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Cloudflare for DNS. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service.
We have not added advertising pixels or session replay to this release. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Supporting botanical imagery is illustrative; Dr. Shipra’s portrait is from the existing clinic website.
Calls, WhatsApp and maps
Call links open your device’s phone app. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a general enquiry message; chat concerns are not automatically included. WhatsApp and Google Maps apply their own privacy terms when you use them.
The embedded Google map loads only when you choose to load it. The address search is intended to help you locate the clinic; call us if you need help confirming the entrance.
AI assistant
The assistant sends your submitted question and a limited recent conversation to Anthropic through our server to generate a reply. Before sending your first message, you must acknowledge this processing. Please avoid including names, phone numbers, identity documents, or other identifying information. Health concerns can be sensitive even without a name.
Conversation messages are held in this page’s memory for the current session. We do not intentionally store chat transcripts in an application database or browser storage. Clearing the conversation or leaving the page clears the local conversation; this does not delete information already processed by the providers.
Anthropic’s standard API policy describes deletion of inputs and outputs within 30 days, with stated exceptions. The applicable provider terms govern their processing. See Anthropic’s data retention information. Hosting providers may process technical request information. Temporary rate controls use a hashed network identifier and do not require storing your chat content.
The AI assistant gives general information. It is not Dr. Shipra, does not diagnose or prescribe, and does not replace an individual medical assessment.
